You can finance all or part of your new piano or concert grand, we make it easy and affordable!  Because of our volume we we able to obtain a custom made exclusive “lease-to-own” program with a leading provider of financial solutions which enables us to provide our customers with several very compelling financing opportunities worth considering. Pianos like Mason & Hamlin and Steinway & Sons will likely increase in value.

Advantages of Lease-to-own

Lease to own allows you to keep your money in your pocket longer by paying for your piano over an extended period of time.  When you want to pay low monthly fees, lease-to-own is your best option.

• Control of your cash flow and working capital (important if the lease is for your business)
• Spread the sales tax over the lease period (not paid all at once)
• Improve your financial ratios (important if the lease is for your business)
• Obtain the use of a piece of equipment for a short term contract
• If you are a piano professional or your piano purchase is for your business, financing allows you to delay not only the sales tax but also gives you the opportunity to claim 20% of the purchase price of the piano on your income tax statement for 5 years! This means it is a real PAY-AS-YOU-GO program and the tax man pays, in most cases, some 40%!!!
• Our lease-to-own program is also available to non-Canadian residents.

Lease-to-own Options

Our leasing options are available for 12, 24, 36, 48 or 60 month periods.  During the leasing period the piano remains the property of the leasing company.  At the end of the lease period the piano can be purchased from the leasing company for $10

Interest rates are determined by the leasing company and are dependent on market conditions and customer’s credit history. All lease-to-own applications are OAC.
